Charles personal vision is to be the change we want to see in India and see Indians setting the benchmark in NLP Training and Practice thatthe rest of the world aspire to! Based in his ancestral home of Goa he is appointed asthe Indian Ambassador for ANLP International CIC.

Charles heads ClassNLP as Trainer & Organiser and is one of the few respected and sought after NLP trainers in India. He is a multi certified NLP Trainer,registered INLPTA NLP Trainer and New Code Trainer.He finds or designs NLP Trainings that he would want to attend himself and then invites other like minded Indian and Internaional individuals who aspire to the same qualities of results and passion to join in too.

He has been involved in and around NLP for two decades and has been taught by Dr. John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clare, Chris & Jules Collingwood, John McWhirter, Robert Diltsand is in the process of training to become India's first NLP Post Graduate.

He has been involved in NLP in India for some years and in line with his nature is dedicated to bringing international quality to those in India who are serious and genuinely want to make a professional career in NLP and Training and is currently organising to bring Graduate Certification in NLP to India, equivalent to a Post Graduate in the United Kingdom.

He has already brought INLPTA, New Code NLP and ANLP International CIC to India. His perseverance and integrity have earned him the appointment as Indian Ambassador for ANLP International CIC.

Currently he is working to bring Dr. John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair to India to run NLP New Code trainings so that Indians can gain access to the source of NLP in their own country.

Charles is the first to bring ANLP CIC and INLPTA to India. He organised the first ever 19 day INLPTA Trainers Training in India single handedly and is the first ever Indian certified as an INLPTA NLP Trainer in India.

He is the first to have conducted a full 15 day extensive experiential INLPTA NLP Practitioner training in India.

He is the first to have introduced New Code NLP into his trainings.

He is the first to bring New Code NLP Certification to India.

He is bringing NLP Graduate Certification program to India.

Corporate:

Chalres worked for almost a decade at Intel Corporation in the UK as an IT Project manager, starting in the business itself and moving to the then newly formed IT departments and early Client Server development.  He was ranked and rated amongst the top 10% of employees in Intel world wide within 3 months of joining. He left Intel as European Intranet Webmaster, working within an experimental rapid application development group.

He has owned and operated businesses in IT Recruitment, Training (Stock Market, Business, NLP) and Computer Based Training and worked for himself as a Stock & Options Trader in the US Markets.

Charles professional career started in the IT industry gaining work experience in the Main Frame Computer sections of the South Wales Gas Board and Electricity Board.

First working for a  small computer company and then moving to Local Governments computer section working on IBM Mainfames and then into the Personal Computer section.

Charles has been working since the age of 12, doing paper rounds and milk rounds to earn his keep.  He maintains a strong work ethic and believes in continual life long learning, learning being his passion.

Personal Development:

Charles has been learning NLP since 1990 and has had the opportunity to train with the greats such as John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clare, Robert Dilts, John McWhirter, Will McDonald, Penny Tomkins & James Lawley, Chris & Jules Collingwood, and many others.

He has attended and learned from a whole host of other NLP related personal development programs including, speed reading, goal setting, time management, Juicing for health, Skills of Power, wealth mastery, Stock & Options trading, finding purpose plus many, many more.

Charles has attended Anthony Robbins events and has staffed these events over a 10 year period, learning massively how a high energy event is put together successfully.

Reaching the edges of physiological limitations have fascinated him and he has engaged in many activities to test his limits.  He has run marathons, forwards as well as 'backwards', he has trained and fought full contact Kyokushinkai Karate (known as 'the strongest karate'), Wing Chung Chinese Boxing, as well as traditional boxing, kick boxing and Judo.
