John Grinder with Richard Bandler created NLP in the early 70's.  John revised and improved upon NLP with his then partner Judith DeLozier in 1985 calling the improved version New Code NLP.  This he has continued to improve and evolve with his partner Carmen Bostic St. Clair and together they have been travelling world wide training New Code NLP since early 2000.

John and Carmen are not only the experts in NLP and New Code, they are also known to be the very best trainers in the world.

Dr. John Grinder

John Grinder is the co-originator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP, universally regarded as the leading edge methodology in the study of human thinking an behaviour patterns, and one of the most interesting thinkers of our time.

Grinder has written 14 books including texts on transformational grammar, family therapy, business communication and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He has recently co-authored with Carmen Bostic St Clair "Whispering in the Wind".

He has devoted years of his life to his quest to uncover and present human patterns of excellence, modelled from genii in different fields. Grinder created Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Richard Bandler, through modelling human excellence. With his partner, Grinder is continuing exploring new territories and continually updating his work, introducing new models of excellence and revised and re-coded models of his and Bandler's early models.

Carmen Bostic St. Clair

Carmen is Managing Director of Quantum Leap, an international organisation dealing with the design and implementation of cross cultural communication systems.

She brings to the field of corporate education 14 years rich experience as preferred advisor to many businesses in mergers and acquisitions on a local and global scale. Her direct hands-on leadership has placed Carmen in an unique position to discover the underlying structures that exist within organisations.
